To make an excellent herbal tea, use one teabag per cup (200 ml) and add boiling water without pouring it directly onto the teabag. Brew for 3- 5 minutes and then sweeten as desired. Up to 3 infusions (3 filter bags) per day should be drunk for 2 weeks. Not recommended during pregnancy. Try leaving it to cool - it does not lose its beneficial properties if enjoyed cold.
