The after-meal herbal tea is a blend of Gentian, bitter-tonic plant good against sense of fullness and China, digestive stimulator; Anise and Mint, known for their digestive properties complete this blend by giving a pleasant taste to this herbal tea.

Ingredients

Star anise (Illicium verum Hook. f.- fruit), Peppermint (Mentha x piperita L. - leaf), Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L. - leaf), Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L. - root), Lavender (Lavandula officinalis Chaix - flower), Quina (Cinchona succirubra P./calisaya W./ ledgeriana Moens-T. - bark), Great yellow gentian (Gentiana lutea L. - root).

Directions for use

To make an excellent herbal tea, use one teabag per cup (200 ml) and add boiling water without pouring it directly onto the teabag. Brew for 3- 5 minutes and then sweeten as desired. The recommended amount is up to 2 teabags with infusion mixture after your main meals. Contains liquorice. People suffering from hypertension should avoid excessive consumption. Not recommended during pregnancy. Try it cold - it does not lose its beneficial properties.
