For an excellent herbal tea use one filter for each cup (200 ml), add boiling water without pouring it directly on the filter. Leave in infusion for 5 minutes and sweeten at will. For a more intense taste it is possible to lengthen the infusion time to 7 minutes. It is recommended to take 2-3 herbal tea filters per day, in the moment of the day you prefer.
