To make an excellent herbal tea, use one teabag per cup (200 ml) and add boiling water without pouring it directly onto the teabag. Brew for 3- 5 minutes and then sweeten as desired. Drink one cup of infusion a day while experiencing slow transit constipation. Not recommended during pregnancy. Contains liquorice.
